Synopsis

An average week in the life of Dr. Idrees Babu is spent educating and training his community, as growing tourism and local aspirations introduce a unique set of tensions into the utopic ecology of India’s coral island – Lakshadweep. In a world where international scientists cannot even visualise Lakshadweep on the map, Idrees is reinforcing local networks to face the challenges a warming globe has sent their way.
