Synopsis

Izrael_is_real is a personal desktop documentary following two Indian students unexpectedly caught in the Israel-Palestine war. What began as a cultural exchange turns into a journey of fear and resilience. Using raw vertical footage, photos, and memory fragments, the film captures their emotional experience of navigating conflict far from home. Without taking sides, it reflects on identity, privilege, and the human cost of war, urging viewers to see beyond headlines and screens.
