Synopsis
"There has been a flourishing Jewish community in the South Indian city of Cochin for the past 2000 years.
When I started to shoot my film, there were only seven people left. Among them 95-year-old Sarah Cohen, my ‘adoptive grandmother’. Through her I started to discover my own Eastern European identity, and film this dwindling community once famous for its happy coexistence with Muslims, Hindus, Christians.
Until one day when I realized that even Sarah was hiding secrets from me..."
