Synopsis

After the devastating explosion at the city's port, collective trauma rises to the surface. How can life go on after such a tragedy? This film intimately follows the next three years, focusing on five lives deeply affected by the disaster: Aya, a young Syrian refugee; Selim, an activist and painter; the Aladdin family, mourning a heartbreaking loss; Yasmin, who answers calls at a suicide prevention hotline; and Andrea, who still believes in Beirut’s potential for change.
